PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a necessary space in a mounting arrangement of inner shells included in a shield connector, in relation to a shield connector. SOLUTION: This shield connector 1 is so structured that, in an upper inner shell 5 and a lower inner shell 6 used for electrically shielding a cable in the shield connector 1, a structure for carrying out a locking action by respective side walls 5a and 6a facing to each other in the vertical direction of the upper inner shell and the lower inner shell is composed of projections 5b formed in the plate thickness of the one-side side walls and fitting parts 6b formed in the plate thickness of the other-side side walls and each having a shape for fitting the projection thereto.
