PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch color comparison device, a patch color comparison program, and a patch color comparison system capable of carrying out discrimination with high reliability in the case of application of the device or the like to the discrimination of color reproducibility. SOLUTION: The patch color comparison device includes: a frequency of incidence analysis section for obtaining a frequency of incidence of colors in each part of an image expressed in a device color space depending on a device for intermediating the image and image data; a color patch sequence generation section for generating a color patch sequence wherein a plurality of color patches including representative colors for respectively representing a plurality of regions are arranged in the order on the basis of the frequency of incidence and cross-referencing the sequence to the image; a color data storage section for acquiring reference color data resulting from representing the respective colors of a plurality of the color patches by an independent color space independently of the device and storing the acquired data in cross-reference with the image; and a color data comparison section for acquiring measured color data resulting from representing colorimetry values of the respective colors of a plurality of the color patches configuring the color patch sequence by the independence color space and comparing the measured color data with the reference color data.
