PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate deviation in timing (horizontal pixel shift) possibly caused when a plurality of picked-up image data are propagated to an image processing LSI. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle stereoscopic camera device, equipped with a plurality of imaging means 601 and 602 of sequentially generating image data from information of light from a subject and an image processing means 603 of receiving the image data generated by the plurality of imaging means and performing image processing of them, and then carrying out stereoscopic image processing operation 616, performs the stereoscopic image processing operation 616 while eliminating horizontal pixel shifts between image data A and B from the plurality of imaging means 601 and 602 by synchronizing the image data A and B inputted to the image processing means 603 with clock signals 608 and 609 for receiving and image-processing the image data.
