PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of this type of a dynamic pressure bearing device. SOLUTION: A locking member 9 is formed by injection-molding a resin material. In a state that a dynamic pressure bearing device 1 is formed by fixing the locking member 9 to the inner periphery of an opening 7a in a housing 7, the outer peripheral edge of an upper end surface 9c is provided with an annular gate removal part 9c1 formed by removing and machining a resin gate part 9d. While a sealing space S is formed between the inner peripheral surface 9a of the locking member 9 and the outer peripheral surface 2a1 of a shaft part 2a of a shaft member 2, the lower end surface 2b2 of the flange 2b is engaged with the lower end surface 9b of the locking member 9 at the upward relative displacement of the shaft member 2.
