PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pachinko game machine in which a ball retained while a retaining means is released is guided to a specific V-ball discharging passage by a ball guiding means and following balls pass through the front of the recessed ball guiding means then roll into prize winning ports in both sides. SOLUTION: This pachinko game machine is equipped with a V-ball housing slide body opening which is equipped with a retained ball detecting switch set on an attaching board and an advancing and retreating ball retaining piece set on an outlet of the retained ball detecting switch and is set on an outlet of the retained ball detecting switch, and a ball guiding means having a ball receiving part is appropriately provided so that it can be advanced or retreated by a drive means between an advancing position just under the retained ball detecting switch and a retreating position in the attaching board and prize winning ports set on both sides thereof. Following balls fallen down from the retained ball detecting switch when the ball guiding means is at the retreating position pass through the front face of the ball guiding means and are distributed to right or left by the ball distributing means.
