IMAGE FORMING METHOD, IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS, AND ORGANIC PHOTORECEPTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method and an image forming apparatus that can prevent decrease in image density, image blur, production of a dash mark or transfer memory which are easily caused on forming an electrophotographic image and that can stably form an electrophotographic image for a long period by using an organic photoreceptor containing inorganic particles in a surface layer, and to provide an organic photoreceptor used for the above image forming method. SOLUTION: The image forming method is carried out by imagewise exposing an organic photoreceptor uniformly charged by a charging means to form an electrostatic latent image and developing the electrostatic latent image into a toner image using a developer containing toner, wherein the surface layer of the organic photoreceptor contains a compound expressed by general formula (1) and inorganic particles having 5 to 100 nm number average particle diameter (Dp), and the toner contains a metal salt of a fatty acid.
