<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of useless accounting by preventing performance of dial-up connection with which it is clear to fail access. <P>SOLUTION: If a provider can not be accessed by a specific access point and a reason why the access can not be performed is an authentication error of the provider, dial-up connection at a different access point is not performed and if the reason of why access can not be performed is not the authentication error of the provider, dial-up connection at the different access point is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
