PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape affixing device capable of affixing an adhesive tape to a surface of an article, while gradually folding the edge of the adhesive tape along the edge of the article in one affixing work. SOLUTION: The affixing device 10 is provided with a main body 12 formed with an adhesive tape feeding route, a crimp member 16 provided in the main body 12 and having a first abutment surface 14, which abuts on a cross directional central part of the adhesive tape fed along the feeding route, and a hemming member 20 provided in the main body 12 and having a second abutment surface 18, which abuts on the edge of the adhesive tape passed through the crimp member 16. The crimp member 16 gradually affixes the central part of the adhesive tape to the surface of the article under the pressure. The hemming member 20 gradually folds the edge of the adhesive tape along the edge of the article. The hemming member 20 is provided with a pair of hemming rollers 52 turnably provided in the main body 12, and each of the hemming roller 52 is formed with the second abutment surface 18.
