PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof weir device capable of constituting a supporting part supporting a door body so as to be turnable in a compact manner and turning the door body normally even if a load from a bag body acts on the door body. SOLUTION: The supporting part 6 supporting the door body 4 turnably is composed of a bearing part 20 so as to be turnable inserted into a shaft 9 at one end on the upstream side of a river of the door body 4 arranged so as to be turnable adjacent to each rib 8, 8 on both sides, a pair of upper and lower bearing fitting parts 21, 21' which are extended in substantially horizontal directions from above and below a door stop 16 and in which each bearing 20 is fitted, and a fixing pin 22 inserted into each bearing fitting part 21, 21' and the bearing 20 in a substantially vertical direction to connect them. Consequently, since the supporting part 6 can be constituted in a compact manner and a load from the bag body 5 is rationally transmitted to each constituent member even if the load from the bag body 5 acts on the supporting part 6, each constituent member is not deformed and broken, and the door body 4 can turn normally.
