PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aircraft transfer apparatus, transferring an aircraft while suitably retaining wheels without applying stress to the tires of the wheels of the aircraft in transferring the aircraft. SOLUTION: This aircraft transfer apparatus transfers the aircraft by moving it while the wheels of the aircraft are retained. The apparatus includes: an engagement part 11 engaged with the foils of the wheels 1 of the aircraft; a holding part 13 holding the engagement part 11; a self-running car body 2 to which the holding part 13 is attached; a draw cylinder 14 for drawing the holding part with the car body inside the car body; and a lift cylinder 15 lifting the drawn holding part with the car body.
