PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine for three-dimensionally forming and finishing a coat, improved so that clothing after processing can be three-dimensionally finished. SOLUTION: The machine 1 for three-dimensionally forming and finishing the coat is equipped with a forming treatment chamber 3 for finishing and forming coat 2 after processing along a mold of a human body and an air-blowing chamber 4, in which a suction port 5 is provided, having a fan 6 for feeding air sucked from the suction port 5 into the forming treatment chamber 3. An electric blower having a pipe 8, applying the top of the pipe 8 to the suction port 5 and blowing air through the pipe 8 into the air-blowing chamber 4 is externally attached to the machine 1 for three-dimensionally forming and finishing the coat.
