PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum packaging cover covering the periphery of an article on a base to fix the article to the base by evacuating the inside of the cover which is relatively lightweight and excellent in workability, hardly hooked to a corner of the article, and hardly forms an air pocket during the evacuation. SOLUTION: In the vacuum packaging cover 2 having an upper cover 6 to cover an outer surface of an article W and a lower cover 7 to be tightly engaged with an engagement groove 3 of a base 1, the upper cover 6 consists of a polyurethane-coated cloth in which a woven textile of nylon fibers is coated with a polyurethane resin, a cloth layer 8 of the nylon fibers forms an inner face side and a synthetic resin layer 9 consisting of a polyurethane resin forms an outer face side.
