PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an embossed pattern with natural and complicated design expression while forming a surface by a plurality of colors. SOLUTION: A plurality of layers, which are composed of different color cementituous molding materials each of which comprises a cement-containing inverse emulsion composition based on cement, water and an oily substance, are laminated to be molded into a panel shape. The surface of this molded panel 1 is aged in a non-hermetically closed state to cure the molded panel 1 while forming curing failure on the surface of the molded panel 1. Thereafter, the curing failure part 2 on the surface of the molded panel 1 is removed to form the embossed pattern 3. When water is evaporated from the surface of the molded panel 1 in the ageing and curing process of the molded panel 1, the hydration curing of the surface layer part of the molded panel 1 is not advanced sufficiently and the curing failure part 2 is formed on the surface of the molded panel 1. Then, the curing failure part 2 is removed to form the embossed pattern 3. A plurality of the different color layers can be exposed at the part of the embossed pattern 3 by forming the curing failure part 2 over a plurality of the layers and the surface of the molded panel 1 can be formed by a plurality of colors.
