PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker with a menu for automatically making rice bread with rice powder as a main material without using gluten. SOLUTION: The automatic rice bread maker comprises a container into which a cooked material is loaded, and a bread maker body comprising an agitation means which stores the container for agitating the cooked material, a heating means for cooking, and a control means for controlling the agitation/heating means and automatically executing processes from the blending of the cooked material to the baking. The control means comprises a blending process for blending the dough, whose main material is rice powder without gluten, with water, a kneading process for kneading the blended dough, a molding/fermentation process for molding and fermenting the kneaded dough, and a baking process for baking rice bread by way of a dough baking process for baking the molded/fermented dough.
