PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release film not producing the transfer of a substance causing insulation failure or the like, excellent in moldability and economical efficiency and having easy peelability. SOLUTION: The mold release film is constituted by laminating a fluoroplastic layer at least on one side of a base material layer and fluorinated graphite is added to the fluoroplastic layer.
