PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an image processing at a high speed even when image outputting data in a specified region are formed by arranging a plurality of images based on a plurality of image data files in the specified region by a specified layout. SOLUTION: When a plurality of the images based on a plurality of the image data files are arranged in the specified region by the specified layout to form the image outputting data in the specified region, CPU 12 and 13 disperse a part or the whole of a series of the image processings to form the image outputting data in the layout corresponding to the image data of each image data file from a plurality of the image data files by using the image data file as a unit and perform them.
