PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a heat-sink plate 1 such that heat strain is hardly caused. SOLUTION: The joining of a cooling hole 2 and a cover 4 in the heat-sink plate 1 having the cooling hole in the inner part and closing the cooling hole with the cover and composed of a copper or a copper alloy or an aluminum or an aluminum alloy, is metallically joined with a friction-stirring joining by using a rotary tool 5.
