PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content delivery device, a content delivery method and the like for continuously delivering content data according to a delivery condition without preliminarily forming a content list.

SOLUTION: The content delivery device is adapted to deliver a plurality of content data stored in a database to a terminal device connected thereto through a network. The device comprises a delivery condition setting means for setting a delivery condition for content data to be delivered, a selection means for selecting a content satisfying the delivery condition set by the delivery condition setting means; and a delivery means for delivering content data of the content selected by the selection means to the terminal device. The selection means executes selection of a content further satisfying the delivery condition after starting the delivery of content data by the delivery means.
