PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform automatic adjustment by use of a digital volume, in an automatic adjustment circuit capable of automatically adjusting an offset, a gain or the like. SOLUTION: This automatic adjustment circuit detecting an output current or an output voltage of a control processing circuit including an operational amplifier 51 or the like and adjusting it such that it becomes a set value has: a changeover part 52 changing over an input value of the control processing circuit to zero or a reference value by an adjustment signal; and an adjustment part adjusting an output value when changing over the input value of the control processing circuit to zero or the reference value by the changeover part 52 such that it becomes zero or the set value. The adjustment part has the digital volume 50 including a counter counting up or counting down a clock signal, and a resistor array outputting an adjusted resistance value or an adjusted voltage value of the control processing circuit according to a count value of the counter.
