<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progress management supporting apparatus, progress management supporting method, and progress management supporting program capable of selecting a substitute for a job executer in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In managing progress of a job executed on the basis of a message attached to an electronic document, the expected executor of the work is stored in advance in a secondary storage part 45 of a progress management server 40 and substitute information showing a plurality of substitutes who are capable of executing the work instead of the expected executor is stored in advance in association with propriety information to show propriety of substitute for executing the work. When it is decided by a decision part 41A that a situation has generated where the expected executor shown by the expected executor information needs to be changed, a substitute appropriate for executing the work is selected on the basis of the propriety information from the plurality of substitutes shown by the substitute information stored in the secondary storage part 45 and the selected substitute is presented (displayed) by a display part 63 of a predetermined client apparatus 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
