<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pickup device capable of preventing crosstalks caused due to the vibrations of adjoining strings. <P>SOLUTION: A pickup 21a is arranged such that direction A, in which a pole piece 31 forming an N-pole of the pickup 21a and a pole piece 32 forming an S-pole are located to face each other, forms an angle α clockwise with the longitudinal direction of a string 108a. A pickup 21b is arranged, such that the direction B in which a pole piece 31 forming an N-pole of the pickup 21b, and a pole piece 32 forming an S-pole are located to face each other forms an angle α counterclockwise with the longitudinal direction of a string 108a. Since the directions of the magnetic force lines, formed by the individual pickups 21a, 21b do not become parallel but form a predetermined angle in-between, a mutual influence on each other can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
