Method and kit for the sterilization of fluids containing microorganisms

Sterilization of microorganism in liquids (l) comprises homogeneous distribution of the adsorbed non-specific microorganism in a chemical liquid containing carrier material (A) of polymer, glass or ceramics, where the pH of the liquid depends upon the microorganisms; shaking the liquid and the carrier material at 10-37 deg C; and separating the carrier material adsorbed with the microorganisms from the liquid. An independent claim is included for a kit for sterilizing the microorganism in the liquid (l) containing (A), whose surface is adsorbed with non-specific microorganisms in the chemical liquid, comprising a device to completely separate the carrier material form the liquid; and at least a buffer optionally containing at least an enzyme to lyses the microorganism.
