PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer electrolyte film having excellent durability by suppressing the formation of pin holes in the solid polymer electrolyte film.

SOLUTION: In this solid polymer electrolyte film for a fuel cell, the distribution of the concentration of hydrophobic segments in the thickness direction of the solid polymer electrolyte film for the fuel cell is increased from its center toward both surfaces thereof.
