<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas insulated switchgear for attaining size reduction, after suppressing the use of fleon gas of SF6, c-C4F8, CF3SF5, C3F8, CF3OSF3, etc. <P>SOLUTION: An insulating cylinder 29 connected by airtightness proof to the lower end of a vacuum vessel 13 is provided with, a lower end part of this insulating cylinder 29 is airtightly connected to a grounding closed container 11, a movable rod 25 having a movable electrode 15 is made capable of axially open/close operating, while holding vacuum degree in the vacuum vessel 13 by a first bellows 21, a rod part 37 connected to a lower end part of this movable rod is derived to outside the grounding closed container 11 via an insulating material 27, a second bellows 22 is arranged in this derived rod part 37, an upper end of the second bellows 22 is connected in airtightness proof to the rod part 37 by an end cap 34, by connecting a lower end of this bellows in airtightness proof to the grounding closed container 11, the insulating cylinder 29 is formed in its inside, with an intermediate chamber 24a partitioned by both the bellows 21, 22; and this intermediate chamber 24a is set to a gas pressure that is intermediate between the pressure in the inside of the vacuum vessel 13 and that in the atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
