<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form shading substantially similar to shading formed in a surface pattern part even in a chamfering work part 8, by making the chamfering work part 8 formed in an apex angle part 3 maximally inconspicuous in an outside corner column A1. <P>SOLUTION: This outside corner column A1 is formed by using plate pieces 1a and 1a having an emboss pattern composed of a large number of non-regular projection strips 6 and recessed grooves 7 running in the direction for crossing with a contact plane. The chamfering work part 8 forming a narrow, not flat but irregular recess-projection (a projection part 8a, and a recessed part 8b) corresponding to the emboss pattern of the plate pieces, is formed in the apex angle part 3 by performing chamfering work along a recess-projection of a ridge line of the apex angle part, and afterwards, a coating film 10 by painting is formed along the irregular recess-projection in the chamfering work part 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
