PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device of a working machine capable of carrying out the cleaning of all of these heat exchangers in an object having three or more heat exchangers arranged along the flow direction of air in series. SOLUTION: In a row of the heat exchangers constituted by respectively arranging an air condenser 27, a torque converter cooler 29, an oil cooler 24 and a radiator 25 in the flow direction A of air, the oil cooler 24 and the radiator 25 located on one end of the row are fixed to a frame body 26 fixed to the body frame 3, a frame 30 fixed to the torque converter cooler 29 is mounted on the frame body 26 through a hinge 30a, a frame 28 fixed to the air condenser 27 is mounted on the frame 30 through a hinge 28a to make the air condenser 27 possible to rotate in the direction separated from the torque converter cooler 29, and the torque converter cooler 29 can be rotated in the direction separating from the oil cooler 24 and the radiator 25.
