<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data integrated circuit which can display videos of desired luminance, and to provide a light-emitting display device having the data integrated circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The data integrated circuit is equipped with a register section 230 for storing the data from the outside, a voltage digital-to-analog conversion section 250 for generating a gradation voltage, in correspondence with the data stored in the register section 230, a current digital-to-analog conversion section 260 for generating a gradation current, in correspondence with the data stored in the register section 230, a buffer section 270 for supplying the gradation voltage as a data signal via the data lines to a pixel 140, a data adjustment block 240 for feeding back the pixel current flowing to the pixel 140, in correspondence with the gradation voltage via the data line and resetting the bit value of the data stored in the register section 230, and a selection block 280. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
