PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silage method for green bamboo powder using as the main raw material green bamboo and capable of opening a way to bring green bamboo to food and feed.

SOLUTION: This silage method for the green bamboo powder comprises a process of chopping raw bamboo to process to powder of a grain size about of 500 μm, a process of holding the raw bamboo powder in a packaging bag having shading properties and sealing properties within a week after processing followed by vacuum packaging in an anaerobic or half anaerobic condition, and a process of leaving the vacuum packaged raw bamboo powder to stand for about a month, and silaging the raw bamboo powder to bring to a silage body 301.
