PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve miniaturization and restrain the occurrence of a superfluous space. SOLUTION: When the first and second actuators 76A and 76B are driven by a control section 136, first and second arms 72 and 74 are swung. Consequently, the first and second diaphragm vanes 62 and 64 are guided by a guide pin 6810 and a side face 6812, so as to be linearly moved opposite to each other. When the first and second diaphragm vanes 62 and 64 are linearly moved opposite to each other, the edges 6202 and 6406 for defining the aperture of the first and second diaphragm vanes 62 and 64 are moved close to or away from each other, thereby changing the size of the aperture 66.
