PURPOSE: A display device, a display method, and recording medium are provided to efficiently use a flexible display area and to reducing the power consumption of a display device. CONSTITUTION: A control unit selectively implements a first mode and a second mode within single image pixel of a display unit(1800). The control unit displays particle, solvent, solution, and electrode by the location control of particles in the first mode. The control unit controls the permeability of light by controlling the interval of particles in the second mode. The light permeability is converted in the second mode. |
