MODULATION OF WRN-MEDIATED TELOMERE-INITIATED CELL SIGNALING

摘要

The use of modulators of WRN is described. Activators of WRN may be used to induce growth arrest, apoptosis or proliferative senescence, whereas inhibitors of WRN may be used to reduce growth arrest, apoptosis or prolifertative senescence. Methods of identifying modulators of WRN are also described.
