<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power supply mechanism capable of supplying electric power to a circuit board with the minimum size, and an electronic time piece equipped therewith. <P>SOLUTION: This power supply mechanism 9 for the electronic time piece 1 has an electric power supply member 50 provided with a battery electrode contact point terminal part 53 contacting electrically with an electrode 5b of a battery 5 in its one end, and provided with an oscillator casing contact point terminal part 54 contacting electrically with a metal casing 31 in the vicinity of one end part 31b of the metal casing 31 for a quartz oscillator 30, in the other end, and an electric power supply terminal part 35e contacting electrically with the metal casing 31 for the quartz oscillator 30 in the vicinity of one end part 31b of the metal casing 31 for the quartz oscillator 30, and connected electrically to an electric power supply line 35d of the circuit board 34 mounted with the quartz oscillator 30. The electric power supply member 50 comprises a slender sheetlike structure, is arranged right-angledly with respect to a main face (XY-plane) of a time piece main body 2, and is supported engagedly with engaging parts of frames 10, 14 of the time piece main body 2, in an intermediate part 52 between the terminal part 53 and the terminal part 54. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
