<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power switching device for realizing reduction in size and weight of a noise filter and reducing the intensity of a radiating electromagnetic wave while the manufacturing conditions can be relaxed. <P>SOLUTION: The pulse cycle of a switching element in a DC-DC converter 1 under PWM control is changed through a controller 3 by using a prescribed control algorithm.
