PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor with a reducer mechanism for improving transfer strength sharply without increasing tooth width, by changing a tooth thickness ratio of a chordal thickness to a pitch of each a small diameter gear of counter gears in pairs. SOLUTION: The motor with a reducer mechanism includes worms 15, 15' in pairs provided at one end of motor shaft 14, counter gears 25, 25' in paris having a large diameter gear 25a engaged with the worm and a small diameter gear 25b which rotates with the large diameter gear 25a in a body, and a large diameter output gear 27 engaged with each small diameter gear of the counter gear. In the small diameter gear, if there are the number of tooth, which cause undercut, the small diameter gear is subjected to plus dislocation, and the chordal thickness on the pitch circle of the small diameter gear is reduced so that a tooth thickness ratio of chordal thickness to the pitch is made 0.45 or less, and the large diameter gear is subjected to minus dislocation, and the chordal thickness of the large diameter output gear on the pitch circle is increased.
