PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel (such as gas oil) lubricating diesel engine capable of reducing cost, by reducing the number of part items with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This fuel (such as gas oil) lubricating diesel engine 1 has a fuel tank 2, and a lubricating system fuel circuit 5 for returning fuel to the fuel tank 2 after supplying the fuel to engine respective parts 4 from the fuel tank 2 by a lubricating pump 3, and also has an injection system fuel circuit 9 for returning injection system return fuel to the fuel tank 2 after supplying the fuel to an injection system 8 from the fuel tank 2 by an injection pump 7.
