<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus, a program and a method for printing, an apparatus, a program, and a method for image processing, and the like, wherein white and dark bands generated by a curved flying phenomenon are made less noticeable. <P>SOLUTION: The printer is of an inkjet type, adopts pixels corresponding to the actual dot forming positions of a print head, by resolving original image data in a higher level (highly pixelating), creates printing data by adjusting pixel values of the pixels and then by N-value processing (N≥2), and executes printing according to the print data. Since sizes of the dots involved in the banding phenomenon is thereby automatically adjusted to eliminate white and dark bands, the banding phenomenon caused by the so-called curved flying phenomenon is eliminated or made almost unnoticeable. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
