PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a dung collector with which a storage bag does not come off from a frame even if the bottom of the storage bag is in contact with the ground surface and on the other hand, the storage bag is simply removed after receiving dung and which has no fear of getting hands dirty. SOLUTION: A plurality of locking pins 37 are planted in the frame 12, holes 25 into which the locking pins 37 are inserted are bored through a storage bag 21, a string passing part 22 is arranged at the opening part of the storage bag and a string 23 is passed through the string passing part. The storage bag 21 is held in the frame 12, the locking pins 37 are inserted into the holes 25, the string passing part 22 is put on the frame 12 from the outside downward to tighten the string 23 and a string holder 16 is entwined with the string 23. A storage bag 97 is not provided with the holes 25, the opening part of the storage bag 97 is put on locking pins 96, the string passing part is rotated around the outer peripheries of the locking pins, the string is properly tightened and the string holder may be entwined with the string.
