PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sophisticated and convenient communication control apparatus with which a user can utilize telephone services by controlling an information processing apparatus by an operation from a telephone set and further can easily exchange information with other media, and to provide a communication control method and a storage medium. SOLUTION: The communication control apparatus for connecting the telephone set and the information processing apparatus to a communication apparatus has a control signal detecting means for detecting a predetermined control signal from the telephone set, and a sound input/output means for performing input/output control of the sound data from the telephone set and the communication network into/from the information processing apparatus.
