[PROBLEMS] To provide a napkin for physiology enabling the easy fitting of a raised part formed on the skin side of a napkin body to the areas of a wearer starting at a vaginal opening to an anus and an anal cleft part. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In this napkin (1) for physiology, a surface forming element (3) is formed of a part of a surface sheet (23) covering a liquid absorbing layer (22). In the surface forming element (3), center elastic members (34) are installed at a position apart from the napkin body (2), side elastic members (35) are installed at a height position between the center elastic members (34) and the skin side surface of the napkin body (2), and the vertical raised part (31) is formed on the skin side surface of the napkin body. The raised part (31) is small in the lateral dimension of its top part (31a), extends from the top part (31a) toward the napkin body (2), and comprises upper side-wall parts (31b) and (31b) positioned at an opposite angle ?. Since the raised part (31) is deformable following the shape of the body of the wearer, it can be easily fitted into the anus cleft part.
