PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise converter capable of improving isolation of a signal circuit without causing drastic change in layout and significant drop in productivity in a circuit board. SOLUTION: Signal system circuits 41, 42 and a power supply line 43 are provided to the circuit board 40 in the low-noise converter. An earth pattern 44 is provided so as to sandwich the signal system circuits 41, 42 in order to separate the signal system circuits 41, 42 from each other. An earth pattern 45 is provided on the side opposite to the earth pattern 44 to the power supply line 43. Each one end of through-hole electrodes 44A, 45A is connected to the earth patterns 44, 45, respectively. Each of the other ends is set to grounding potential. The grounding can be strengthened since the earth patterns 44, 45 are connected with each other via a chip jumper CP1.
