The system has 30 to 70, preferably 36 to 60, parts brucite by weight, 2 to 8, preferably 3 to 6, parts dolomitic hydrated lime by weight, 0 to 30, preferably 1 to 25, parts rock salt by weight and 20 to 50, preferably 30 to 40 parts of a saline solution by weight, with magnesium chloride in a concentration of 100 to 300 g/l and magnesium sulfate in a concentration of 0 to 20 g/l, whereby the rock salt component can be fully or partly replaced by brucite in equal quantities.
