PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent lowering of efficiency of a compressor in an accumulator cycle using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant and using a closed type electric motor compressor. SOLUTION: An oil containing a polyalkylene glycol (PGA) as a main component is used as a lubricant for the closed type electric motor compressor 100. Electric insulating resistance is thereby brought into 1GΩor more as shown in Fig., under the condition where the carbon dioxide (refrigerant) is mixed with the PGA, so as to secure the electric insulating resistance of a level free from a problem in practical use. Since compatibility of the PGA with the carbon dioxide (refrigerant) is lower than that of a POE (polyol ester), the liquid phase refrigerant dissolved into the lubricant is prevented from being sucked greatly into the closed type electric motor compressor 100 together with the lubricant.
