PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-chair capable of being used as a chair and a foot-rest, being deformed into a sofa and a table, a desk and a chair or a bed or the like and used just by changing an installation method, and being compactly stored in a rectangular parallelepiped shape at the time of nonuse. SOLUTION: The multi-chair is provided with a chair main body 10 and the foot-rest 20. The chair main body 10 is in the shape of cutting out a seat part area 15 in a rectangular parallelepiped shape which is one size smaller from the entire shape composed roughly of a rectangular parallelepiped. Then, a seat part 11 is formed on the lower surface of the seat part area 15, armrest parts 13 are formed on the side faces, and a backrest part 12 is formed on the back surface respectively.
