PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately restore a data transmission speed by suppressing packet lost or congestion due to handing down, and to prevent unwanted data from being transmitted. SOLUTION: The radio communication terminal 7 is provided with a radio unit capable of data communication via a plurality of radio communication systems; and a control unit for transmitting a signal for lowering a continuously transmittable data amount to be transmitted from a transmitter side, when data communication is switched from one system to a system having the maximum throughput lower than that of the one system during data transmission via the one system among a plurality of radio communication systems.
