PURPOSE:To operate a private power generation system with a maximum efficiency, by dividing at least a part of an electrical load into a plurality of regulating loads, and by previously determining the output of a generator in accordance with the temperature of intake-air in a gas turbine so that the regulating loads are controlled in accordance with variations in the intake air temperature. CONSTITUTION:The output of an intake-air temperature sensor 11 is delivered to a computing circuit 10a in a control section 10 when a power generated from a private power generation system is fed to a load 7 exclusive for the private power generation and a purchased power is fed to a load 8 exclusive for the purchased power with a part of regulating loads 9 being fed with the private power generation power and the balance thereof being fed with the purchased power. During the time period of private power generation, the computing circuit 10a reads thereinto other various kind of data, and computes a maximum gas turbine power in accordance with the temperature of intake-air, and as well the output of a generator. Further, for example, when the temperature of intake-air is low and as well the output of the generator is low, the amount corresponding to the drop of the output is calculated to issue a switching instruction signal to double-throw breakers SW31 through SW3n from a control circuit 10b for switching the regulating loads 9 determined by the computing circuit 10a into the purchased power side. |
