PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of reducing the stall amount of hit game balls and hitting the game balls to the entire game area while keeping low hitting energy. SOLUTION: In the pinball game machine for guiding the hit game balls to the game area 3 of a game board 2 by an outer side rail 9, the outer side rail 9 formed of a clothoid curve is disposed from one side end part to the upper end part of the game area 3. Also, the outer side rail 9 can be the one for which a clothoid curve part 13 is formed between a vertical straight line part 11 and a horizontal straight line part 12 and it can be disposed from one side end part to the upper end part of the game area.
