<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To leave an after-image in an eye by a display lamp, make it look brighter than when lighted by general (normal) pulses because of this after-image effect, enhance perceptibility by increasing the brightness of visibility, reduce an inrush current into the pilot lamp, extend the lifetime of a light emitting body of the pilot lamp, and reduce power consumption in a lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: A power supply rectifier circuit for rectifying a commercial dc or ac current into a constant current corresponding to the display lamp is installed, and a pulse generating circuit to generate special pulses by the constant current from this power supply rectifier circuit is installed, and an electric power control circuit to be driven by the special pulses from this pulse generation circuit and to switch on and off the display lamp is installed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
