PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry the inside of an indoor unit while suppressing rise of temperature in a room where the indoor unit of an air conditioner is installed as much as possible, by providing a drying operation function operating a space heating operation function before operating a blowing operation function. SOLUTION: The operation contents of a drying operation comprise an initial space heating operation (t1 hour) and a continuous blowing operation (t2 hours). That is to say, the purpose of the space heating operation (t1 hour) is not high- temperature sterilization by warm air, but an avoidance of evils caused by leaving a cooled heat exchanger and ventilation path as they are at low temperature, since the blow by a fan stops at the time when the operation is stopped although what is arranged around a low-temperature member such as a filter that is located in the windward side of an indoor heat exchanger at the time of space cooling becomes a temperature close to room temperature, the temperature of the filter goes down close to the temperature of the indoor heat exchanger by low-temperature radiation, and relative humidity is raised so that mist is attached to the filter, and there is an evil that mold is formed by having this mist as a hotbed. The rise in the relative humidity around this low-temperature member is prevented. |
