<p>PURPOSE: An oil cooler inner fin is provided to prevent pressure drop of transmission oil by extending the transmission oil flow space and decreasing width of the unit panel, while allowing the inner fin to be firmly brazed to the oil cooler. CONSTITUTION: An inner fin(15) includes a plurality of unit panels(16) having a predetermined width and peaks and troughs and which are connected in lengthwise direction, wherein peaks and troughs of adjacent unit panels are alternately connected so that the inner fin is shaped as a cylinder. The inner fin is incorporated into the inner flow channel of the oil cooler installed within the header tank of heat exchanger, so as to allow the transmission oil to flow in turbulent state. The unit panel has a pitch of 4mm between peaks or between troughs, and height of 2.5mm between the peak and the trough. A fixing section which is formed at ends of the peak and trough, and contacts the inner periphery of the oil cooler body, has the length of 2mm, and the height of 1.2mm between the peak and trough.</p> |
