The invention relates to medicine, and in particular, to chemical and pharmaceutical industry, to preparing and manufacturing medicaments, used in therapy of dermatosis of different aetiology.The task of the invention is to produce a dermatologically effective preparation based on an available natural substance, having a wide range of action and not irritating damaged skin.The inventive task by using a ″Dermo-Naft″ composition for treating dermatosis, the composition comprises desalted naphthalane as an active substance of natural origin, oinment and gel origin, betameson, zinc oxide, camomile oil.The inventive task is also achieved by using a ″Psori-Naft″ composition for treating psoriasis comprising desalted naphthalane as an active substance of natural origin, oinment and gel origin, betameson, acetate retinol, zinc oxide, camomile oil.Said compositions comprise vaseline and desalted lanoline as an ointment base and glycerin, MC (NaKMC) and distilled water as a gel base.
